Notice of meeting/election for May 4, 2021

I’ll include the email here, when I get to it. Something we’ll want to watch for is the date of the email, as the Board often did not follow the laws of the 14 day window for notice of election and 30 days for notice of vacancy. There are two different things with two different requirements of notice. The road district board almost always conflated them and screwed this up.

I always wonder if when the board copy pastes these notices that mention that codified law, if any of them ever read the law.
