Lawyer says Board is Overreaching and violating Constitutional Rights

This website has been the subject of numerous allegations and we had hoped to address them in court, but the case was dismissed for jurisdiction and has to be refiled in circuit court.

The Board, through the attorney they hired unlawfully and paid unlawfully, tried several times to silence me. Each time I responded with ‘Constitutional Rights’. That seemed to fall on willfully deaf ears, but since the Board is continually acting unlawfully, this is not a surprise.

This video shows just a glimpse of the sort of tyranny we are dealing with locally.

Suggestion for anybody who is a ‘public servant’ or ‘officer’ and does not like the attention they are getting- it’s quite simple, “Do better.”

Every single thing reported on this site or the numerous other sites and platforms is the truth and is backed up by evidence and documentation.

I can prove this Board and the previous boards have filed unlawful paperwork in order to steal money from the members.

I’ll post more on this particular allegation as it is far too much to put here, but in a nutshell, the Board was not imposing the levy we had all thought we were on, and they did not follow the steps to lawfully impose a Special Assessment, and their last hair-brained defense was that it was a “Special Maintenance Fee’… which a Road District cannot impose. So, no matter what they call it… it was not legal.

That’s theft.

Every single thing I’ve written here and elsewhere has been truthful. So, if you don’t like being called out for abusing your position, stealing from the members, spending money unlawfully, etc… then simply do better.

But even if you miraculously started to follow the laws now- like OPEN MEETINGS… and OPEN RECORDS… and a lawful levy… (all of which you are denying), you still must be held accountable for the actions you have taken.

We believe that this rogue district has a LOT to answer for. And the individuals will not be able to hide behind the shield of “I’m a board member.” No, you are not lawfully holding that office. You are an individual… and individually, you’ll be held responsible.

But that’s another post for another day… when we get the documents back.

For the pro se’s reading this, the main weapon of lawyers is intimidation. Once you know you are right and they are full of shit and have NO defense for anything… it gets easier.

Learn the laws that pertain to you and your situation. Stand on them.
