It is rampant.

We joke about how corrupt the system is, but it is still very uncomfortable to accept it when you are in it. However, we need to remember the system is not broken. It works exactly as intended.

We need to build a new system that works for We The People. This guy and his wife are spot on. We see this in our little road district. Politicians just doing politician stuff. Abusing the rest of us.
