Another Unlawful Meeting

How do we know? Because Cam the contractor is out on Saddleback Drive with his bobcat scooting stuff around.

This board refuses to acknowledge the difference between ministerial and discretionary. Of course, they refuse to acknowledge SO MANY laws, that this is not surprising. Just another formal complaint to add to the pile. Eventually the state will get tired of seeing the name Saddleback Road District or Crystal Farrokhi or Dale Ruzicka or Bob Hummel or Matt Christensen …. and step in and say something.

Of course what they SHOULD do is step in and dissolve the district as it is being run unlawfully and has from the time these people ‘activated’ it in 2016.

Anyway, I already posted the difference between those terms, and I’ve already posted that meetings MUST BE PUBLIC… so, this post is just to clarify that they still don’t give a rip what the laws are, what our rights are, or that they are actually supposed to be serving OUR needs and not vice versa.

Crossing fingers that the responses (there should be at least two) from the attorney general are received before the annual meeting so we can publicly add them to the growing list of “we told ya so.”
