An Open Records Request… that sounds all too familiar

The comments on this video are gold. Clearly we here on Saddleback Drive are not alone in requesting records we have a legal right to, and being denied by people who are clearly trying to hide something and making up their own rules.

This guys state laws are very similar to South Dakota’s. And his approach to shining the light on cockroaches and watching them scurry back into the darkness is my approach as well. Until we can find a lawyer who will take up this fight or just guide us in the procedures of court, this is what we have.
