Dale Ruzicka and the 10 day clock

Question- Will it take Dale Ruzicka the full 10 days to respond to a simple public records request?

YES!!!!

Why?

…Because that’s how long he has.

It’s a power play. The request made was incredibly simple. We are not talking about a huge office with lots of files and limited staff. There are 3 people involved.

However, over the years of dealing with Dale, we’ve come to expect as much obfuscation as a person can create. If something can be answered in 2 minutes but 10 days is allowed by law, we can expect it to take 9 days, 23 hours and 59 minutes.

And a time stamp to show they obeyed the law.
