Update on Custer County Auditor’s Office

As you may recall, at the Open Meetings Commission hearing, where the Saddleback Road District was told quite clearly that it/they were wrong and received a public reprimand, Bob Hummel, I think…

… it might have been Dale Ruzicka:

mentioned that the Custer County Auditors Office have unpublished the guide they had provided for many years. I’d like to think I had a hand in that. 🙂

So, I just checked to see what that was all about, and this is perfect. The people who start damn near every sentence with “we are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice” and then proceed to give you erroneous legal advice, have finally accepted that they really should not be interpreting laws and are simply providing the laws.
