“But, we don’t FEEL like we’ve done anything wrong…”

When talking to the Board, it seems like this is their response. They seem to think that because a few people back there on their area of road, that is getting constant improvement and money poured into it, like what they are doing (raising property values), that they are not doing anything wrong.

However, what they seem to not be able to grasp is that how they feel about the law, doesn’t change the law.
