First Amendment Thoughts

While the above discussion pertains to the gubernatorial race in South Dakota, I think it lends weight to my statements and expression of opinion on this site and the complaint made by Dale Ruzicka. An attempt to silence me. To squash my first amendment rights. To chill my freedom of speech. He is an ‘elected’ official. (I still use air quotes when stating ‘elected’ since we still have doubts he was truly elected. We have doubts about damn near every single thing stated by the board or by the individual trustees. We even double check the date. We do not trust these people. They continually act without honor. For example, a complaint to silence my dissension.)

Another source on First Amendment rights just came to my attention. I’ll be sharing quite a bit of it.
