I need to put that in quotes because we don’t really know that he did. We just know that the proven-to-be-corrupt-board said he won. See how that works?

And since the same board has created new bylaws, that are not at all lawful, but certainly cover their collective asses, they have determined what is a public record and what is not. I think you can probably guess how future records requests will be judged.
