Lies! Lies!… Poor Dale Ruzicka

Dale Ruzicka ran for office.. again. I’ll post something more detailed about what was said etc later, after I take a look at whatever was recorded.

However, as Dale is so needy of attention, I am offering him an entire post… just for him.

And since we are on Dale’s favorite subject… Dale…. here are some facts, yet again.

The widening of the road was unlawful and a potential lawsuit. And now that this dick is back in office (assuming Beth does not demand proof of the vote, which she should), we will share again some info.

The road is older than the county standards. How many times do we have to say this? You were told this AGAIN during the meeting and so you just followed the script and switched to, “Oh… it was the insurance company that demanded it.” No, they didn’t. We have already published the email from them, stating they have no such requirements.

Additionally, even if the insurance company DID have that requirement, it is STILL unlawful for the road district to widen the road. I have already linked you to several Attorney General Official Opinions stating this. Repeatedly. But Dale is a bit of a slow learner, so it will apparently take ANOTHER lawsuit against the board before someone on that road finally stands up to this moron.

He and Bob Hummel have their respective (not respectable) heads so far up each others asses that you can’t tell who is who. Bob Hummel must be so proud of himself. Who needs honor and integrity? Clearly nobody on that board.

You guys need to see these twits defining ministerial. Good grief, even with the letter from the state attorney AND my emails with screenshots of the definition and the post here… they still don’t get it.

What this means dear reader, is likely another formal complaint concerning the Open Meetings Laws. And this time… we might actually see some fines, since they have already been warned formally.

FFS.

They all (board members, under the tutelage of Dale Ruzicka) are willfully ignorant. I’d have to say particularly Dale since he actually downloaded and printed several chapters of statutes and highlighted and made green stars next to several…. and then broke that law.
