A Meme for the Contractor

This just came across my feed and I first thought it was a good meme for the Saddleback Road District. But then I realized it is absolutely perfect for the contractor they hired and never veer from. Living with and across the road from people who knows about roads, I just have to chuckle when I see this guy out there. What an utter waste of time and money.

And it still works for the Board too. Lots of ‘activity’ with nothing really to show for it. Yep, just keep dumping the gravel.
